Booking a place in Japan can be simple when you have the right local support.

Our process is designed for independent travelers who already know which venue or service they want, but need help with Japanese communication and booking confirmation.

Step 1

Submit Your Request

Start with the booking details we need to contact the venue accurately.

Tell us the venue or service you want to book, your preferred date and time, and the number of guests.

When submitting your request, please include the details we need to contact the venue accurately.

If you have any important requests, such as dietary restrictions or a special occasion, you can include them as well. We will pass them on when possible.

Step 2

We Contact the Venue

This is the core part of our service and the reason travelers use us.

Once we receive your request, we contact the venue directly in Japanese.

Many venues in Japan, especially local or smaller businesses, do not offer easy online booking or may only accept reservations by phone or in Japanese.

We check availability based on the details you provided and communicate on your behalf.

Step 3

Confirmation or Refund

You receive either a confirmed booking or a full refund if the booking cannot be secured.

If the booking is secured, we send you the confirmation and any important notes you need before your visit.

If the venue is unavailable, your $50 booking support fee is fully refunded.
