Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

By using our booking support service, you agree to the terms below.


1. Booking Support Fee

A booking support fee of $50 USD will be charged at the time of request. - This fee is non-refundable once we begin contacting venues. - If we cannot secure a reservation due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., venue fully booked), the fee will be fully refunded.


2. Cancellation & No-show

Venue cancellation fees may apply starting from 7 days before the booking date. - If you cancel within this period or fail to show up, you may be charged according to the venue’s policy. - We will inform you of the specific cancellation fee once the reservation is confirmed.


3. Additional Charges

In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, an additional charge may be billed to cover venue fees. - The maximum amount is $30 per person, or the equivalent fee defined by the venue (whichever is higher). - This amount will be invoiced separately if applicable.


4. Customer Responsibility

Please provide accurate contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp if applicable). - Failure to respond to our communication may result in cancellation. - You are responsible for arriving at the venue on time and complying with their policies.
